BIO
"If you ask me, life is all about who you know and what you can find. When you live up in the Riftshadow Ruins, just finding food can be tough. So you need to cut corners, you need to scrounge, you need to know your strengths. Some of the beasts up there can kill you, so you need a way to trap the weak and duck the strong. On the upside, the ruins have history, and history is worth a lot to some people. There used to be a palace there, where they had all these dark rituals. Bad stuff. If you survived the ceremony, they would shatter a crystal and split your soul into pieces. They made great art though! Sculptures and such. Let me tell you: sometimes you stumble onto some of those old carvings. Take a pack full of those to town and sell them, then get yourself food for a few weeks. If luck is really on your side, you might find a Riftshadow crystal. Get it appraised and start asking around. Someone always knows some crazy fool looking for this kind of thing. If all else fails, sell it to a Magus the next time one's in town. They love that stuff. Still, whatever you do, be careful handling those crystals. You do not want one to go off on you. It really hurts."
INTRODUCTION
Meepo is one of the hardest hero to play. When you play with this hero, you should be able to control the 4 units together. (5 if you buy Aghanim Scepter).
The damage of this hero is very very high. This hero can deal both of high magical damage and high physical damage.
The weakness is that if 1 meepo die, all meepo will die. And if you don't have Aghanim Scepter, your clones will only get 30% of your main stats. That will makes clones to be more squishy than the main meepo.
PROS: | CONS: |
Have high physical damage (attacks with 4-5 man) | 1 Meepo die, all dies |
Have high magical damage (attacks with 4-5 man) | If don't have Aghanim, clones are weaker |
Can have 8 seconds disables (attacks with 4-5 man) | If you are not select all the meepos, you need to control every meepo one by one. Need an extra brain. |
Melee - Carry - Disabler - Initiator

ABILITIES
1. Earthbind
Tosses a net at the target point, pinning down all enemy units. Earthbind prevents invisibility, blink, and interrupts channeling.
MANA COST: 100 | COOLDOWN: 20 / 16 / 12 / 8 |
ABILITY: TARGET POINT | DURATION: 2 |
RADIUS: 220 | RANGE: 500 / 750 / 1000 / 1250 |
2. Poof
Drawing mystical energies from the earth, a Meepo can teleport to another Meepo or itself after channeling for 1.5 seconds, dealing damage in both the departure and arrival locations.
MANA COST: 80 | COOLDOWN: 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 |
ABILITY: TARGET UNIT, TARGET POINT | AFFECTS: ALLIED HEROES |
DAMAGE: 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 | RADIUS: 375 |
The nuke damage will explode at 2 places, first is at your initial location and second is at your arrival location, so if your initial and arrival location is the same, you can deal 140x2=280 damage per single Meepo.
Your clones can use this ability too. The damage for total of 4 Meepo will be 1120 damage, (x5 with scepter=1400 damage) by using this skill interchangeably. {You can use tab to change to another meepo (after you select all meepos), or you can use F1, F2, F3, F4, and F5}.
3. Geostrike
Meepo enchants his weapon to deal damage per second, as well as slow the movement speed of the attacked unit. Geostrikes from multiple Meepos stack.
ABILITY: PASSIVE | DAMAGE: 7 / 14 / 21 / 28 |
SLOW: 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% | DURATION: 2 |
It also deal 56 damage for 2 second, and with your 4 meepos it will be 56x4=224 damage per 2 seconds. And this haven't included your real damage. Actually this hero have the highest damage output in dota.
4. Divided We Stand
Meepo summons an imperfect, semi-autonomous duplicate of himself, which can gain gold and experience as he does and shares his experience and abilities. However, the clones cannot wield any items but the boots that Meepo himself wears. The cloned Meepos also gain 30% of any bonus attributes the primary Meepo has. If any of the clones die, they all die. Upgradable by Aghanim's Scepter.
ABILITY: PASSIVE | NUMBER OF MEEPOES: 1 / 2 / 3 |
• Meepo clones gain 30% (100% if you have Aghanim's Scepter) of any extra attributes the primary Meepo has.
• Can be upgraded by Aghanim's Scepter (* shows the improved values). Note that the Scepter is undroppable once acquired.
• Even if you didn't skill this ability, picking up Aghanim's Scepter will still provide you with an extra clone.
The weakness is, that if one meepo die, all meepo dies. And if you not buy Aghanim, clones will only receive 30% of the main meepo's ability (STR, AGI, and INT) which means that clones will be more vulnerable to enemies and more likely to be targetted by the enemies. You need to move your already low HP clone to safety and attack with your high HP meepo.

Why maxed Poof first? This is your main ability for early game farming and ganking.
Why maxed Earthbind before Geostrike? You get a stronger initiating power from increasing the Earthbind first. And Geostrike is an ability for right clicking the enemy, which will be more effective on late game where right click will become the main source of damage.
STRATEGY
Early Game
Meepo should always farm since earliest stage of the game. You need to gain gold and level as fast as possible. You need to lasthit every creeps you see all over the map. Be careful of harassment from some ranged heroes. You need to be careful not in their range and you need to lasthit if there is a low HP creeps.
Beware of enemy's gank attempt. You must see the fog area by using Wards. Retreat to your tower if you see the enemy that coming to you.
Mid Game
If you already have 2 meepo, you better command your another meepo to another lane and receive some exp there. But if there is a friend who don't like you to get exp there because his exp is decreased, you better come back to your lane. If you already strong enough to jungle with every meepo, you better part ways, there should be some meepo in jungle, and there should be some meepo in the lane. With this way, you will be the fastest to reach level 25 and I hope will be owning the game.
To change to another meepo you can press F1, F2, F3, F4, and F5. Or if you already select all meepo, you can use TAB to change to your another selected units.
Late Game
In late game you will have ultra high damage. You need to be brave with your Meepo. In this stage of the game I believe no one in the map will beat your DPS.
If your initiator is already sterted a teamfight, you should immediately participate in the teamfight. You need to use poof 4 times and also use right click power to destroy all opponent.
You should be careful and don't be reckless. If there is just 1 opponent, you can face him, but if the enemy is in a group, you should be in a group too.
And if your team won the teamfight, you have two options:
1. You can get the Aegis for your team's main hero or
2. Your team can push enemy base and destrouy their buildings. Choose wisely!
