Dota 2 - Wraith King (Skeleton King) Build Guide
0
BIO
The victim of a longevity spell that backfired, the Skeleton King Ostarion has built an empire from the bones of his enemies. He lives only to extend his reach, for as long as he is perpetually building and adding to his domain he cannot die. The walls of his palace are formed of fired bone; the streets are paved with bones of every sort of creature and every enemy; and even the wood and other natural features of his land have been swept away and replaced with replicas formed of bone. From the Ivory Forest to Ostarion's towering Throne of Bone, nothing happens in the Empire of Bones without the full knowledge of its Skeleton King.
INTRODUCTION
Skeleton King is a hero that have 2 lives. When he die, he have a skill to reincarnate. This sounds unfair for another heroes. But, this is the reality. If you face Skeleton King, you must face his 2 lives. Actually you can kill him once if he has less than 140 mana or if his ultimate is still in cooldown.
This hero also has high physical damage and lifesteal aura.
And he also has a nice single targetted stun to chase enemies.
This hero is also a tanker that tank any damage in a brutal teamfight.
STATS
ABILITIES
1. Hellfire Blast
Skeleton King fires a sphere of hellfire at an enemy unit, dealing damage and stunning, then dealing damage over time and slowing the target.
Ostarion calls on his hellish lineage, laying waste to his opponents.
This skill is your main skill to stun the enemies. With this skill, you can gank enemy, you can disable 1 enemy in a teamfight, or you can chase enemy easily and attack him while he is being stunned by this skill.
I believe you should max this skill first because it will be useful to stun a single enemy in ganking.
Or you can defend yourself by using this skill to enemy whose chasing you.
2. Vampiric Aura
Nearby friendly melee units gain hit points based on their damage dealt when attacking enemy units.
Skeleton King's blade drains the marrow of bones into his own kingdom.
Help you and your teammates with a lifesteal ability for melee units. Creeps also get benefits from this skill.
This skill will helps you in jungling on early game. With a lifesteal, and also with your 3rd skill, critical strike you can jungle pleasantly.
Can helps allies in a teamfight for survivability if he keeps attacking.
You don't get benefit from this skill if you are not attacking, so keep attacking and keep alive
3. Mortal Strike
Skeleton King passively gains a chance to deal bonus damage on an attack. When activated, Mortal Strike steals a percentage of the max HP from the target hero, giving it to Skeleton King for the duration, and returning it after. While Mortal Strike is active, the passive component is disabled.
The power to crush a skull.
Will gives you a high chance of doing crtitical attack. This critical attack deal tons of physical damage that helps you in jungling, chasing, and killing enemies in teamfights. You are a true carry with this skill.
When you activate this skill, you temporarily steal some of tnemy's HP. a nice ability to last hit your opponent
4. Reincarnation
Skeleton King's bones reform after death, causing him to resurrect when killed in battle. Upon Reincarnation, enemy units in the area will be slowed by 30%.
Conspirators of the Skeleton King wonder why he never stays dead.
Makes you to have 2 lives. This is a wonderful skill. This is like your team plays with 6 heros because you have 2 lives. You can deal more damage because of this skill, you can tank more damage with this skill.
This skill have a fundamental weakness. If you heve less than 140 mana, you can't reincarnate, so mana burn will makes you can't reincarnate, some heroes like Anti Mage or Ezalor that can burn mana will make you can't reincarnate. Diffusal blade is also harmful for you because diffusal blade will drain your mana and makes you can't reincarnate.
You can also gives your first life to save your friend's lives. Or you can give it to initiate a teamfight.
In situation when you have less than 280 mana, it's recommend for you to better die if Reincarnation is not in cooldown, because if you use the Hellfire blast, you cannot Reincarnate because lack of mana.

BIO
How had she been reduced to this? She was once the Scourge of the Plains, a merciless leader of men and beasts, and able to sow terror wherever she dared. Now she was far from her homeland, driven half mad from starvation and months of wandering, her army long dead or turned to worse. As she stood at the edge of an ancient forest, a pair of glowing eyes spied on from an elder branch. Something beautiful and deadly sought a meal in the wilting dusk. Without a sound, it turned and left. Fury overtook her. Clutching a rust-eaten dagger, she charged after the beast determined to reclaim even a shred of her past glory, but her quarry would not be caught. Three times she cornered the creature among the rocks and trees, and three times she pounced only to witness its fading shadow darting further into the woods. Yet the full moon shone brightly, and the creature's trail was easy to follow. Arriving in a clearing atop a high hill, the beast's massive feline form sat in the open, attentive and waiting. When the woman brandished her dagger, the creature reared and roared and charged. Death, it seemed, had come for her at long last in this strange place. She stood, calm and ready. A flash of movement, and the beast snatched the dagger from her hand before vanishing into the forest. Stillness. Hooded figures approached. In reverent tones they revealed that Selemene, Goddess of the Moon, had chosen her, had guided her, had tested her. Unwittingly she had endured the sacred rites of the Dark Moon, warriors of the Nightsilver Woods.
She was offered a choice: join the Dark Moon and pledge herself to the service of Selemene, or leave and never return. She did not hesitate. Embracing her absolution, she renounced her bloody past, and took up a new mantle as Luna of the Dark Moon, the dreaded Moon Rider, ruthless and ever-loyal guardian of the Nightsilver Woods.

Once a proud and savage Skywrath scion, Shendelzare was first in succession for the Ghastly Eyrie until a sister's treachery robbed her of her birthright. Snared in an assassin's net, Shendelzare tore free only at the cost of her wings, limping away in the ultimate humiliation: On foot. With her wings broken, she knew the Skywrath would never accept her as ruler; and in the highest roost of the Eyrie, inaccessible except by winged flight, her sister was untouchable. Unwilling to live as a flightless cripple, and desiring revenge far more than earthly power, the fallen princess drove a bargain with the goddess Scree'auk: She surrendered her broken body for an imperishable form of spirit energy, driven by vengeance, capable of doing great damage in the material plane. Beware of enemy's attempt to gank your team. If someone is missing, you need to be careful by retreat to your tower immediately.
You can also use Wave of terror to reveal the fogged maps and reveal if there is an enemy hiding in the fog.
Mid Game
You are one of the best ganker in dota. You have the combo Swap + Stun that will restrict the movement of the enemy. Swap + stun makes your team get the posititonal advantage over the enemy. It will be difficult for your opponent.
You need to coordinate a gank with your friends, and gank as much as you can. The more your team get the kills, the more chance your team will win the match.
So if you want to initiate in a gank, what you need to do is:
1. Talk with your teammates about who is the target. You should focus fire on 1 hero in a gank, because if you don't communicate well you may attack the A person and your teammates attack the B person, and that is a bad gank and can lead to failure on getting the kill.
2. Prepare the items needed in the gank:
a. Use Smoke of Deceit to be invisible from the Ward
b. Prepare a Dust, a Sentry Ward, or a Gem if you will gank an invisible hero like Rikimaru, Clinkz, or Nyx Assassin
Get ready to gank
3. Use Swap
4, Use Stun
5. Use he Wave of Terror
6. Right click until your target dies

After that all your friends can easily kill that 1 person and dominate the teamfight. It will be a big advantages if you can do this perfectly and make a 5 vs 4 teamfight to happen. 1 person does really matter in a teamfight in the late game. And if you can eliminate 1 person it will increase your team's chance to win the lategame teamfight that leads to winning the game.

And +Damage aura will be reching its maximum potential in late game because everyone will have their damage maxed. And +36 % will be a big difference in late game. So Wave of Terror first, and Vengeance Aura after that.

STRATEGIES
Early game
As a utility hero, you may need to buy courier and also wards. Don't worry about your gold become less and you won't be able to buy the luxury item because you don't need that much golds to become useful for your team.
Usually, you are become a lane support so you need to protect your partner from any harm that can happen in your lane. If they trying to kill your partner, you should stun the enemy immediately.
Late Game
In late game, your part is initiating a teamfight. You need to use Nether Swap to 1 of the enemy. And then you must Stun him using Magic Missile.
And if your team won the teamfight, you have two options:
1. You can get the Aegis for your team's main hero or
2. Your team can push enemy base and destrouy their buildings. Choose wisely!
