INTRODUCTION
Dark Seer is a hero that is usually picked in a competitive game. He have many powerful abilities, from Ion Shell, a skill to deal damage to anyone that touches the shell, or Wall of Replica: a skill that creates illusion to anyone that touches his wall, and that illusion will attack the enemy. Or he have a skill to suck enemies into one point and then can be combined with other heroes abilities to make powerful combo.

1. Vacuum
Dark Seer creates a vacuum over the target area that sucks in enemy units, disrupting them and dealing damage.

This is a needed skill to make a big combo. You can combine this skill with Blackhole to make a big combo that will suck all enemies and make them can't do anything.

Increase the movement speed of you or you can also increase an ally movement speed. Needed to escape fro ganks. Can also use this to chase a target.
4. Wall of Replica
Raises a wall of warping light that damages and creates replicas of any enemy hero who crosses it. Enemy replicas serve at the Dark Seer's will. Upgradable by Aghanim's Scepter.

Replica enemies and make the replica to attack the enemy. So powerful skill to use in a teamfight. The replica damage is a painful damage that will deal lots of damage to enemies. So cast this in the middle of the enemy and make sure the enemy will feel their own damage.

Why maxed Ion Shell first? This is your main DPS source, you will need this for farming, ganking and killing on early-mid game.
Why maxed Surge before Vacuum? For early-mid game, a level 1 Vacuum is enough. And you should maxed Suege to always can escape with maximum movement speed if the enemy wants to gank you. And also Surge should be maxed to be always can cast it for chasing enemies.
Early Game
Ion Shell is your main source of damage here. You can cast this for allied creep while you are far away from the creeps clashing area and keep getting gold because the damage from the shell is killing enemy creeps. That way is useful when you are doing an offlane solo Dark Seer because you need to be far away from the creep wave to avoid getting ganked and being killed. Or you can csat this to enemy creeps and the shell will do the work, it will damaging the nearest creeps and enemy hero and you will get golds eventually, and also keep harassing your enemy on your lane. Or cast this to your self and start harassing enemy by moving directly to him.
Mid Game
Mid game is the time for ganking. Everybody should start finding enemy hero and start getting as many kills as possible. Ion Shell still be the main source of damage for you here. You need to cast this for yourself and also for the melee hero in your team so if the clash begins you and your melee friend will come near the opponent and the Shell is damaging enemy by a lot.
Remember to cast Surge in 2 conditions
1. You or your allies needs to escape immediately from the enemy. With a maximum movement speed, it will be easier to escape.
2. Your team needs to chase the enemy
Late Game
Late game is the time for a big clash to happens. And you have some nice abilities to be cast on a big clash to make a big combo. Here is the example:
You have the Vacuum and one of your friend is Enigma:
If you have the Blink Dagger, you should use it first to jump into near enemy's wave
1. Cast the Vacuum so all enemies willl be dragged into 1 point in the ground
2. Enigma can immediately cast a powerful Blackhole that catch all enemies in the area
3. Cast the Wall of Replica into the middle of the teamfight so you get enemys replica that will help your team deal as many damage in the teamfight.
4. Your carries can easily damaging the Blackholed eneemies so your team can win the teamfight
That's the method on creating a big combo so your team can achieve a brightful victory.
